Star Sapphire and Fossil Choker
I love the mix of natural gemstones and authentic fossils. This particular piece showcases a shark vertebra with a natural Star Sapphire compass point center. The deep milky blue of the sapphire plays well with the earthy sand color of the fossil. The bezel is a solid sterling silver dagger setting that holds and protects the delicate fossil. The chain is a chunky rolo style chain with an extender so it can be worn tight against the neck as a choker or as long as you would like. It looks great alone or in combination with other necklaces (See above pic).

All of my items are made with Sterling or fine silver and all natural gems and fossils unless otherwise specified. These items are all handmade by me and because of that, there will be small mars and other imperfections that are considered makers markers and add to the character of the piece.
